A family committed to ministering to the Body of Christ describes the Schuts'. Pastors Al and Holly are graduates of Western Theology Seminary in Holland Michigan and have been pastoring together since 1986. They have been serving Bethel Church as Pastors since July of 2002.

Pastors Al and Holly have 2 married children. Daughter Acacia and her husband Ephrain and their son Diedrich are working and ministering in Athens, Ohio. Son Cory and his wife Elisa are studying and ministering in Sydney, Australia. Son Caleb is a Freshman attending Hope College in Michigan.
